CIDB FM Seminar in conjunction with ICW 2024
This Seminar will be held on 24 Oct 2024 at MITEC, Kuala Lumpur. The theme of the Seminar is “Evolving Excellence and Best Practices in Malaysian Facilities Management”. The highlight of this Seminar is a Masterclass Facilitation by Luminary Guest Speaker, Mr. Stan Mitchell, Chairman and CEO of Key Facilities Management, Scotland, United Kingdom. There will also be a plenary session with local FM Experts on the Changing Landscape of FM Best Practices in Malaysia. The afternoon session will be of much interest too as the focus will be on the Evolution of Healthcare Facilities in Malaysia and its future direction with a panel of local experts.

Exciting news! This year, we’re combining our World FM Day celebration with the highly anticipated 4th Facilities Management Asia Conference 2024 (FMAC 2024) in Johor Bahru from 27th to 29th May 2024.
World FM Day, celebrated globally on 8th May 2024, recognizes the crucial role of facility management in ensuring the functionality and safety of built environments.
By celebrating World FM Day with FMAC 2024 and taking into consideration the theme for the World FM Day 2024, we endavour to inspire, integrate, innovate and ignite your career in FM with respect to creating awareness about ESG and its impact on the FM Industry.
4th FMAC 2024: Embracing ESG to future proof the Facilities Management Industry
The 4th FMAC 2024 will be held from 27 – 29 May 2024 at the Fraser Place Puteri Harbour, Johor. The academia session will be held virtually on 27 May 2024. The Conference proper will be held between 28 – 29 May 2024. The theme for the 4th FMAC 2024 is “Embracing ESG to future proof the FM Industry”. The Conference is formatted with ESG being discussed in general and it will deep dive into all three elements of ESG. The Conference will end with a Forum titled “FM Companies readiness in embracing ESG for Business Sustenance”. We have secured conformation from subject matter experts to speak of the topics that we have chosen. There will also be exhibitors showcasing their products and services to the delegates of the Conference.
